Added a new build of jetty to fix the Eclipse help system.

Since we currently are in beta freeze, this will take same time to reach stable. So can we have a buildroot override?

With this I could build js-jsroot in F28 which failed to build with the previous version.

This update is already pushed to Fedora 27's stable repository. You need only to update to the latest packages, for example, with "dnf update"

How to run this bugfix? Is it already with the download of current version of Oxygen?

@hedayat The RPM should contain everything in the latest upstream release of CDT -- maybe you could file a bug with more detail.

Looks good, but the "Core build system" support seems very lacking (e.g. no build options). I wonder if it is the current Eclipse CDT state or something is missing in the rpm packages? :P BTW, Thanks for the update. It brings useful bug fixes.
