As far as #1593863 is concerned, no regression is observed in the new builds.

Looks good to me.
Side note: dvipdfmx is now a symbolic link to xdvipdfmx. So updating dependency info would be helpful for those who do not have texlive-collection-xetex (or some of the basic packages of xetex) installed.

Although I see the same issue as @proski during the update, issues of newtxmath and newtxsf fonts are resolved for me.
