kismet also needs to be rebuilt for the same reason: SONAME bump in the libwebsockets update
This update has a dependency resolution issue on Fedora 43: the SONAME got bumped in this update and requires (at least) a rebuild of mosquitto:

This update causes an SO bump and thereby breaks dnf update on Fedora 42. usd and blender (at least) need to be rebuilt for so bump from 1.13 to 1.14. Here's my report: https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/fedora-42-openshadinglanguage-1-14-6-0-3-fc42-requires-usd-and-blender-rebuilds/181453

Thank you jmontleon. I grabbed the FC34 rebuild/downgrade from koji. Sorry about grabbing the wrong thing in Bohdi. I only saw EL9 and this one on the BZ for this package. I didn't go checking for other BZs of the same package.
