ok, so we might keep f23 at older version b/c https://github.com/openstack/murano/blob/stable/kilo/requirements.txt has upper cap in requirements.txt: yaql>=0.2.6,<0.3 Murano is not scheduled to be pushed to f23/RDO Kilo but until this requirement is changed upstream, let's keep f23 compatible for folks building it locally. I suspect cap was just a preventive measure and could be removed.
This needs to be latest release 1.0.2
If python-passlib-1.5.3 fails, OpenStack global-requirements should be updated, passlib doesn't have a lower bound:
