Can reproduce this with default Fedora font (Source Code Pro). This could be customized font related issue. Could you please file a bug upstream?
Tested in mock - OK.
This update has been unpushed.
Few libs requires patching. This is no-go for Fedora. And we should'nt push broken app respectively too. Revoked.

@marcomeyer thanks for reporting. It was a generally bad idea to push nwg-panel into EPEL9 since hyprland and sway not packaged yet. But if you still need nwg-panel in official EPEL9 repo let me know please. At least nothing to prevent to build this necessary deps, requires zero effort, see:

v1.1 not possible to build for f39 due lazarus-lcl-qt6 package which is not available for f39. So we can downgrade goverlay to old version for Fedora 39 or live with this bugged aniso filtering. Which variant you vote?
