There's a regression in f34, it will cause a serious issue. If you enabled kdump service, and touch /etc/kdump.conf , then restart kdump serrice, you will see warning about /bin/bash being lost when dracut is trying to generate initram for kdump. In this version, the problem should be fixed, please have a test if you are interested.

There are still several unresolved problems existing in upstream kernel and fedora kernel too, adding nokaslr makes kdump stabler for now. We can remove it later when problems are resolved.
