Whoops, the Rawhide -7 build was canceled by mistake; I've resubmitted it.

I guess the missing piece is keeping GIRT buildable from SRPM, not just from dist-git. Okay, I'll resubmit via side tags.

@decathorpe rust-git-interactive-rebase-tool was already updated in Git in 2.4.1-7. rust-claims is a testing dependency that doesn't affect the shipped GIRT binaries, so as I understand the stable updates policy, I must not push out a new GIRT package with the broadened dependency range.

GKrellM crashes at startup; Nautilus can't preview BMP and PPM images and EOG can't display them; OpenSlide fails its self-test and can't read MIRAX BMP slides.

Problem 1: cannot install the best update candidate for package rust-nmstate+default-devel-2.1.4-1.fc37.noarch
  - nothing provides crate(nmstate/gen_conf) = 2.2.0 needed by rust-nmstate+default-devel-2.2.0-1.fc37.noarch
  - nothing provides crate(nmstate/query_apply) = 2.2.0 needed by rust-nmstate+default-devel-2.2.0-1.fc37.noarch

Passes Fedora CoreOS CI.
