python3-gnupg is available in EPEL 10.3 and 10.2, but not in 10.1. You could either ask the python3-gnupg maintainer to add it to 10.1 also, or just unpush this update. Doing the later would mean that RHEL users don't get either package right now, but then they'll become available when RHEL updates to 10.2 in a few months.
Once pushed to stable, this is going to break the upgrade path to newer EPEL 10 minor versions.

Please submit the equivalent update for EPEL 10.2 and 10.3.

This build showed up in the EPEL repoclosure report. podman-machine isn't available in the CentOS/RHEL target base (baseos, appstream, crb) or EPEL itself, so tmt+provision-bootc fails to install. I've reported this in #2428855, just commenting here for visibility.
kubernetes1.34-1.34.3-1.el10_2 has been removed from the EPEL 10.2 repo due to missing dependencies. See #2428167 for more information.
This incompat update hasn't been approved, so I disabled the autopush settings. Please follow the rest of the process to get approval before pushing to stable.
