Blizzard Battle.net doesn't launch with this this update. Downgrading to 3.14-1 allows it to launch again. I looked around WineHQ but didn't see a corresponding bug.
Installing this RPM now correctly pulls in argparse and importlib as dependencies. Thanks!
I was able to track this down to a packaging bug in python2-future. Once that is resolved this can be pushed.

The 3.13-2 update still doesn't fix https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45502. Looking at the patch closer, it's a patch of a patch file, which is later applied with patches/patchinstall.sh. I think https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/wine/c/65bbf5694707f3471a1d03daad81f2fda1e16cd6 is wrong and patch0 should be applied before patches/patchinstall.sh is run (but still after the extraction of %{SOURCE900}).

This update breaks sound in Starcraft 2. It's already reported upstream.
Works for me to build python36-nose.
