Unfortunately it didn't work. It's the same issue as 0.19.0.3.

While the above command didn't seem to work I just downloaded the rpm and that appears to have installed ok. Will reboot and test.

I tried applying the update using the command above and just got the following: [root@shemp chris]# sudo dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing --advisory=FEDORA-2021-b71b8a85c8 Last metadata expiration check: 0:03:36 ago on Wed 27 Jan 2021 10:31:20 PM EST. No security updates needed, but 118 updates available Dependencies resolved. Nothing to do. Complete!
