May I push this in?

I've got this recently:

Error:
Problem: package dnf-plugins-core-4.0.15-1.fc32.noarch requires python3-dnf-plugins-core = 4.0.15-1.fc32, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package dnf-4.2.23-1.fc32.noarch conflicts with python3-dnf-plugins-core < 4.0.16 provided by python3-dnf-plugins-core-4.0.15-1.fc32.noarch
  - cannot install the best candidate for the job

But I suspect it was only temporary, because of the buildroot override. Please consider using side tags for joined updates.

BZ#1830898 No package found for: python34-six

should I abandon this update and try again with the staged 4.6.1 changes (once merged to master)?

Keep this up. Let's first build 4.6.1 in master/f33.

The package has been added back.

BZ#1828167 python2-click got removed without notice from Fedora 31 and 30

This is also apparently a backwards incompatible change that makes packages in Fedora FTBFS.

I've also opened #1824946.

There are packages depending on python2-dns with active and tracked FESCo exception. Further more, it is past the final freeze and removing python2 subpackages on stable releases is forbidden.

BZ#1721671 mraa fails to build in Fedora rawhide/31 (blocks the Python 3.8 rebuild)
