You're right, during the failing task, annobin 9.27-1 was installed. Probably because the buildroot override was only submitted only for gcc and not for annobin? But it's all good now.

This update breaks builds on armv7hl (configure / CMake complaining that cc cannot compile sample programs):

"The C compiler is not able to compile a simple test program."
