I revoked the request to update this to stable because the fedora updates policy is to me ambiguous about what to do with such a security update. I will instead open a ticket with fesco.

In addition to 4768 there's https://github.com/sylabs/singularity/issues/4755 which breaks OSG regression tests. There are all these fixes queued already for 3.5.1 https://github.com/sylabs/singularity/milestone/43?closed=1 and sylabs has particularly called out https://github.com/sylabs/singularity/pull/4754 as a bad one that is pushing them for a quick 3.5.1 release.

This is a week later than the EPEL update because I forgot that fc39 had been forked from rawhide which had previously been updated to 1.2.2, so it is free to get other updates. fc38 and older are stuck on 1.1.7 due to a decision by FESCO.
