This works on the new kernel update 4.0.5-300.fc22.x86_64. PLEASE NOTE: This does NOT work on the earlier kernel, version 4.0.4-303.fc22.x86_64. I have tested it multiple times, rebooting back & forth between the 2 kernels. On new kernel, keyboard works for LUKS password screen, & keyboard & mouse power levels are shown in the OS.
