This fixes segfaults in dnf, evolution, libreport itself every 4 seconds and other software when my smartcard was plugged in, which uses a proprietary pkcs11 module due to #1440287. Everything seems to work so far.

Tested and working properly, LANG=es_CR, x86_64 in bare metal.
My previous test was flawed because DNF was already broken for me due to #1440287, then I guessed the deadlock was related with that issue. Now seems to work properly.
