Better, sox-14.4.2.0 is newer than sox-14-4.2rc2 and is legal. Of course the same name must appear in rawhide first. Let's assume that upstream is not going to release any "true" 14.4.2.0. They wil probably use 14.4.3. Could this work?
Thank you very much for noticing. This problem is already present in f23 for some time, not caused by this update. I am not sure how to fix it, maybe rename sox-14.4.2 to sox-14.4.2rc99.
