Why don't we get this update?
I ran into a problem updating from F31 because of a soname change in telepathy-qt-0.9.8-1.fc32 with libtelepathy-qt5-service.so.0()(64bit) moved to libtelepathy-qt5-service.so.1()(64bit)
the ktp-common-internals package still depends on libtelepathy-qt5-service.so.0 but telepathy-qt5 only provides libtelepathy-qt5-service.so.1

I think 5.1.15 is already on its way and should be preferred because of CVE-2019-12817, even if that means I have to wait a little longer to get steam working again ;)
@jcline is it possible that you start building Kernel 5.1.14 because it fixes the Steam connectivity issues?

looks good to me
while having nss-3.44 installed accessing www.3dcenter.org stops working for me with an error: SSL_ERROR_DECODE_ERROR_ALERT when I reverted back to nss-3.43 the website was accessible again. I also filed a bug here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1713777
tested with one sip account, outgoing and incoming calls work fine.
