The bugs I'm seeing happened more rarely now. I guess pushing the update is ok. I have not used Fedora 26 before this update, so I can't say whether it got better or worse.
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1450620 might be the reason why gdm crashes all the time.
The cause of my crashes is https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=781799. I'm sorry I can't report it to the Fedora infrastructure, this is caused by another bug in abrt/libreport, https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1047550.
I just upgraded to Fedora 25 with this version of gnome-shell and it crashes all the time. Sometimes it crashes gdm, often I can't login because it crashes back to gdm, sometimes it crashes after a few minutes.
With E10s enabled, the window is now rendered in dark theme if enabled in GNOME, that's very nice! Sadly, this introduces a new issue with barely readable URLs, see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1435964
Seahorse still looks pretty bad…
PyDev search is fixed
Works. With the usual (old) pydev bugs included.
This update caused a regression, see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1400041 for details.
-8 works fine. Can't test the drag'n'drop feature because the update hasn't landed on my mirrors yet.
Still some bugs there (submitted upstream) but better than 3.20.x.
Works fine on a day of wayland session testing.
Works fine, can still report crashers and list old ones.
"Solves" 1255007 by forcing eclipse to run on X11 backend.
Still doesn't start without "-clean" parameter on first run after update though. Can confirm that bug 1384306 was replaced by bug 1385212 now.
Fixes the mounting issue on Gnome desktop.
Rebooted once to make sure it doesn't break rebooting.
DPI is still 72 on a 96 dpi system.
TLS 1.3 works fine.
