Prevents boltd from actually working at all.
Works for me (after running sudo plymouth-set-default-theme -R bgrt) and showed the keyboard layout as well as the CAPSLOCK indicator.

Tested especially the thunderbolt panel (with tb3 hardware), works as expected for me.
Don't forget to do pkill -f /usr/libexec/flatpak-system-helper.

Just for the record: I have tested this myself on a two different laptop models. Also the F27 update for bolt 0.2 has been successfully tested.
