Works for me (after running sudo plymouth-set-default-theme -R bgrt) and showed the keyboard layout as well as the CAPSLOCK indicator.

Just for the record: I have tested this myself on a two different laptop models. Also the F27 update for bolt 0.2 has been successfully tested.
Build a cloud image with it, works fine. 🏗
