Works for me (after running sudo plymouth-set-default-theme -R bgrt) and showed the keyboard layout as well as the CAPSLOCK indicator.

Just for the reference, I did already file https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1632230 for denials related to "/run/bolt/"

@kparal filing a bug seems like a good idea. I will look into the test plan creation! Thanks!

Tested especially the thunderbolt panel (with tb3 hardware), works as expected for me.

Just for the record: I have tested this myself on a two different laptop models. Also the F27 update for bolt 0.2 has been successfully tested.
