Note : been unable to reproduce this. Mae the laptop go for seveal hours into sleep / wake up cycles. Also let the laptop sleep a lot for 2 days before waking it up : that error is not coming back at all.
Maybe some cosmic ray perturbed the memory and provoked this issue :)
Unable to reproduce what I reported below.
installed this kernel yesterday. did put laptop on sleep. battery at 80 % today i wake up the laptop : capslock is blinking + black screen saying : KERNEL PANIC , Please reboot your computer. Fatal exception in interrupt
