This is an R update, root was rebuild for this new version of R. The other update is a root update, but built against the previous version of R, so it should be unpushed.

Good catch! How can this be built against 4.4 if 4.5 is in stable? This is very weird.

Had to reset to include a prerelease version of rkward that fixes compatibility issues with R 4.5.0.

Thanks, this is because rstudio has been renamed rstudio-common, and I added a Conflicts to prevent issues with the rstudio package provided upstream. Please check the new update. I added versioned Conflicts and Obsoletes to avoid this error you are getting when upgrading and ease the transition.
