Can confirm that with this update, f38 backgrounds with f38-backgrounds-gnome now show up in Budgie Control Center.

Validated that this update now allows Nemo to be shown in Budgie Menu.
Have been using under f37, then rawhide, since August and dogfooding Budgie Desktop under Fedora 36.
Absolutely does not work. Breaks Qt6 builds using QML. Do not push this to stable. Similar issue reported in Debian: https://www.mail-archive.com/debian-bugs-dist@lists.debian.org/msg2000875.html
