it builds now on pp64le and seems to work
works for me and builds on PPC* now.

I've updated python3 in f22, too. The autoqa updatepath test should be ok now.

I've rebuilt locally on ppc64, checks now finish without issues. A quick test of the new packages showed no obvious issues.
