The reports in FEDORA-2025-82b66363b4 also seeing it on AMD cards. One of the comments claim that vkcube --validate can be used to test it, but I see this error instead (even when running this very mesa update):

$ vkcube --validate
Cannot find layer: VK_LAYER_KHRONOS_validation
vkEnumerateInstanceLayerProperties failed to find required validation layer.

I tested just opensource games on iGPU, but they work fine. Tested 0ad and Xonotic with:
