Not particular reason other than updated dependencies on python-s3transfer, python-rsa, python-colorama, and others, that aren't always up to date. If you'd like f39 to track f40 I can probably do that; alternatively I you can file a bug when you'd like to see an update.

Fixing pylint.
So the minetest game is still included in the server package, and the client can be used either with the server package or a remote server, even without downloading the minetest game on the client. We'd still ship the minetest game as in the past but the client won't load it from that location anymore, only the user's homedir.

Patching that our doesn't remove the pkgconfig(hdf5) Requires...I guess I'm wondering, if rpm is automatically generating this requirement, shouldn't it also be generating the equivalent Provides on the hdf5 subpackage?
Odd, the matio spec doesn't explicitly specify pkgconfig(hdf5), simply hdf5-devel.

It's also the first release to support 3.12. I'm not sure what the best move is.
I've got pylint fixed in rawhide, and building in side tag f39-build-side-74606, but python-lsp-server needs some things: https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/5293/106765293/root.log
I've tagged python-astroid-3.0.0~b0~202309253dbb5d7-1.fc39 there so you should be able to build everything into that.
We will need this in f39. Please let me know when python-lsp-server is ready there and I'll push an update with corrected versioning.
