Works, also the update from 8.0 version to 8.4 version works.
The downgrade from 8.4 to 8.0 doesn't work, but it's expected:
Invalid MySQL server downgrade: Cannot downgrade from 80404 to 80041. Downgrade is only permitted between patch releases.
This new build includes the fixed licenses
Test disabled as part of the: https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/tests/libarchive/-/commit/d3a2dc3575fc81414d8c977aa1f1ea0ab8d77620
There is no regression in this version. Only the rpminspect is failing due to unaccepted licenses. I will add this commit [1] to f40 as well, which will fix this.
The failing test is failing due to the changes in RPM and how it's installing the RPM. This test is part of the %check phase of RPM build, so we should remove this test so it's not duplicated and also fails from time to time due to changes not related to the libarchive. Waiving it so it's not blocked
centpkg clone tests/zlib works in this new version. Thanks

Thanks for creating the issue: https://git.centos.org/centos/centpkg/issue/75
Apart from that this build fixes the issue with the building. +1
One more thing:
centpkg build --scratch --rhel-target=latest works just fine,
but centpkg scratch-build --rhel-target=latest.
Shouldn't they be the same thing?
Where can I read more about the new --rhel-target option?
I cannot find what is the difference between --target and --rhel-target options.
@ppisar, pushed
Functional, however, I would recommend merging my PR for the SELinux context. MariaDB >= 10.5 doesn't have the right context and we should have it right.
