All kernels after 6.3.7-200.fc38, including kernel-6.4.4-200.fc38, are breaking suspend feature for me. The system can go to suspend but it never wakes up and I have to turn it hard off. By downgrading to 6.3.7-200.fc38 suspend works again, so it's a regression. Latest build solves BZ #1171396 for me.
On ThinkPad T14s Gen 1 with Intel Core i7 works. Even suspension seems to work again after it was broken in last few versions
