xdg-desktop-portal-kde-5.13.4-4 depends on libQt5Core.so.5(Qt_5.11) so moving xdg-desktop-portal-kde-5.13.4-4 to stable without the rest of this update would just lead to other dnf errors. I don't know how to get around that other than a rebuild of xdg-desktop-portal-kde-5.13.4 with Qt 5.10.1.
The issue I mentioned with kalzium was caused by unintentionally abnormal configuration settings in ~/.config/kalziumrc and is now resolved; that problem was unrelated to the Qt 5.11.1 or kf5 5.48 updates. A user has reported the same dnf error I saw after pipewire-0.2.3 was pushed to stable, so a way to get xdg-desktop-portal-kde-5.13.4-4 into stable more quickly than the rest of this update might be advisable.
This version has been functioning normally for me. I noted selinux denials between boltd, polkit, gdm, and dbus when booting with gdm enabled, and when I stopped gdm and started lightdm the denial of send_msg between polkit and boltd occurred many times. When I disabled gdm, enabled lightdm, and rebooted I didn't see any denials I think since lightdm didn't start boltd. I filed the following bugzilla entry which describes these denials in more detail. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1625786
The issue with kalzium's interface I referred to was still present after I downgraded to Qt 5.10.1, and so the problem is most likely not in Qt 5.11.1 but maybe in some other package such as in kf5*5.48.
I've been running this version for the last few days which I downloaded from Koji, and it has been running normally.
Parts of kalzium's interface haven't been showing up after I updated to Qt 5.11.1 which all appeared correctly when I was using 5.10.1. I filed the following bugzilla entry about the kalzium issues to inform its maintainers in more detail. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1625282
Given that you already reported the avogadro interface version bug, I'll give +1 for avogadro2 by itself. I'm unable to test kalzium's usage of avogadro2-libs-1.91.0-1 because the missing parts in kalzium's interface with Qt 5.11.1 include the molecular editor part which I guess uses avogadro-libs. I filed the following bugzilla entry about the kalzium issues to inform its maintainers in more detail. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1625282
I upgraded to avogadro2-libs-1.91.0-1 and kalzium-18.04.3-3 without the dnf error I mentioned previously. kalzium-18.04.3-3 doesn't show the top two menu rows and the information panel on the left and legend on the bottom as shown in its documentation https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/kdeedu/kalzium/quick-start.html
kalzium-18.04.3-3 shows just the periodic table view and the bottom row with the element and mass. I tried downgrading to avogadro2-libs-1.90.0-15 and kalzium-18.04.3-1, but kalzium's interface was still missing those parts. kalzium-18.04.3-1 did show all the parts about 6 days ago when I got the dnf error and I was using Qt 5.10.1. I upgraded to Qt 5.11.1 on Aug 28. I guess that a problem with Qt 5.11.1 might be the reason for these missing interface parts.
I installed avogadro2-1.91.0-1 and it runs fine with basic testing. avogadro2-1.91.0-1's Help - About window shows Version: 1.90.0 AvogadroLibs Version: 1.91.0 Qt Version: 5.11.1 and the top window bar shows Untitled - Avogadro 1.90.0. I'm unsure if the interface version should be 1.90.0 or 1.91.0.
The dnf error I got when trying to update to pipewire-0.2.3-1 due to xdg-desktop-portal-kde-5.13.4-2's missing requirement of libspa-lib.so.1 was resolved after I updated to xdg-desktop-portal-kde-5.13.4-3 from Koji.

Plasma, Dolphin, Konsole, Ksysguard and others are running fine with Qt 5.11.1. Ksysguard's process table columns and sorting are retained when restarting it which wasn't happening with Qt 5.10.1.
Running sudo dnf upgrade --refresh gave me the following error

This version runs as usual.
This version runs fine. The cachedrop test had the error "Can't free dentries and inodes" on two of three default test runs, which I also saw on 4.17.14-200, 4.17.14-201, two of three runs on 4.17.17-200, and 4.17.18-200. Cachedrop passed on all of 4.17.2 through 4.17.12. I guess there might be a race condition in the cachedrop test possibly being triggered by the old age of my computer or my use of the i686 builds. The other default tests passed or skipped.
I got the following error when running sudo dnf upgrade --refresh:
Problem: package kalzium-18.04.3-1.fc28.i686 requires libAvogadroCore.so, but none of the providers can be installed - cannot install both avogadro2-libs-1.91.0-1.fc28.i686 and avogadro2-libs-1.90.0-15.fc28.i686 - cannot install both avogadro2-libs-1.90.0-15.fc28.i686 and avogadro2-libs-1.91.0-1.fc28.i686 - cannot install the best update candidate for package kalzium-18.04.3-1.fc28.i686 - cannot install the best update candidate for package avogadro2-libs-1.90.0-15.fc28.i686 ... I have avogadro2-libs-0:1.90.0-15.fc28.i686 installed. kalzium-18.04.3-1.fc28 requires libAvogadroCore.so, libAvogadroIO.so, libAvogadroQtGui.so, libAvogadroQtOpenGL.so, libAvogadroQtPlugins.so, libAvogadroRendering.so. avogadro2-libs 1.91.0-1 provides those libraries but with the .1 suffix such as libAvogadroCore.so.1. kalzium might need to be rebuilt to use those new library names.
This version functions normally. The cachedrop test gave the error "TestError: Can't free dentries and inodes". The other default tests passed or skipped.
The build functions as usual. The .png file mentioned in #1612071 is suggested to be opened by Gwenview which is appropriate.
This build functions normally. The default tests passed or skipped.
The kalzium interface issue was because of abnormal configuration settings in ~/.config/kalziumrc which I fixed by renaming that file. All the parts of kalzium interface are visible to me, and those I've tested are functional. I opened a few molecules in kalzium's molecular editor which I suppose uses avogadro2-libs which all appeared correctly. So I'll give +1 for kalzium and its use of avogadro2-libs.
