@totol Buildroot overrides in bodhi are documented at https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/docs/user/buildroot_overrides.html I can see Create > New override in bodhi at the top-right when logged in.
@totol I think you could make a buildroot override for libprelude. I reported this issue at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1684837 and asked if suricata's maintainers @sgrubb or @jtaylor could rebuild it with libprelude-5.0.0. I'm not a Fedora maintainer, so I'm unsure of the ways for doing the overrides and rebuilds.
4.20.13 has run fine.
libprelude-5.0.0-1 provides libprelude.so.28, but suricata-4.0.6-1 requires libprelude.so.23 according to the following dnf error I got
Problem: package suricata-4.0.6-1.fc29.i686 requires libprelude.so.23, but none of the providers can be installed - cannot install both libprelude-5.0.0-1.fc29.i686 and libprelude-4.1.0-6.fc29.i686 - cannot install both libprelude-4.1.0-6.fc29.i686 and libprelude-5.0.0-1.fc29.i686 - cannot install the best update candidate for package suricata-4.0.6-1.fc29.i686 - cannot install the best update candidate for package libprelude-4.1.0-6.fc29.i686
suricata might need to be rebuilt to use libprelude.so.28 from libprelude-5.0.0-1 and added to this update.
4.20.12 has run normally.
Plasma 5.14.5 has run normally. The desktop icons show the full names instead of ending in ... for long names. The icons' highlighted areas appear wider so there's more space between the columns.
4.20.8 has run normally. The cachedrop test had the error "Can't free dentries and inodes" on 1 of 2 default test runs. The other default tests passed or skipped.
3.42.1 has functioned normally with firefox and thunderbird.
60.5.0 has run normally on X.
4.20.7 has run normally.
I haven't seen any systemd-journald signull denials during a few boots using 239-11. Thanks for the update and explanation.
I upgraded to this update from koji. The next time I booted I saw many denials of systemd-journald sending signull on processes with 14 different labels which I described at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1673847 The system seems to be running normally otherwise.
4.20.6 has run normally.
I got dnf errors relating to this libwmf update and gimp. gimp-2.10.8-5.fc29 requires libwmf-0.2.so.7 and libwmflite-0.2.so.7, but libwmf-0.2.11-1.fc29 provides libwmf-0.2.so.8 and libwmf-lite-0.2.11-1.fc29 provides libwmflite-0.2.so.8. libabiword, GraphicsMagick, ImageMagick-libs also depend on libwmf-0.2.so.7 and/or libwmflite-0.2.so.7. Rebuilding gimp, libabiword, GraphicsMagick, ImageMagick to use this libwmf update might avoid further dnf errors. I filed the following report with more details https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1671621
When I ran sudo dnf upgrade --refresh with updates-testing enabled and libgit2-0.27.7-1.fc29 installed, the upgraded packages didn't include libgit2-0.27.8-1. I upgraded to libgit2-0.27.8-1 from koji which ran correctly.
4.20.5 has run normally. The default tests passed/skipped.
65 has run normally.
4.20.4 has run normally. The cachedrop test had the error "Can't free dentries and inodes" on 2 of 3 default test runs which I didn't see with 4.20.3. My logs have that error 26 times since 4.12.14. The error seems likely to be due to a race condition in the cachedrop test as @jforbes mentioned since it often occured or didn't occur on the same kernel. The other default tests passed or skipped.
4.19.15 has run as usual. The cachedrop test had the error "Can't free dentries and inodes" which I've seen with many previous kernel versions. The other default tests passed or skipped.
4.20.14 has functioned as usual.
