I installed this package on a clean install without docker, ran a busybox hello world container, worked.
I installed this package as an upgrade to docker currently available to an F23 system, ran a busybox hello world container, worked.
Couldn't replicate 1273893 by modifying install order, looking ok.

WFM based on original report of ssh keys with wrong group, group for ssh_host* is ssh_keys.
Ran through several subcommands, no issues found
