Are firmwares from iwlax2xx-firmware intentionally added also in linux-firmware?

Why this firmware included in two packages?

"Failed to load BPF object" is kernel issue or systemd?
With plasma 5.26.2 the same problem with ignoring widgets popup window sizes.

Press on widget, see that popup size is limited https://imgur.com/a/9dqUoz4
Before update popup size is fine https://imgur.com/a/IsFjzSw
The same for WebSlice widget which have configurable popup size but after update this size settings ignored.
Size of widgets plasma-applet-weather-widget and WebSlice became too small to see data inside widgets. Size of this widgets can't be changed as size of Network or Digital clock widgets.
If changing of widgets was locked with Alt+D,L before update (and can be unlocked) than after this update unlock with Alt+D,L don't work.
Also after this update sizes of windows (for example konsole or dolphin) became small instead of using of saved previous sizes.
After installing xdg-desktop-portal Ctrl+S still don't work

So, looks like missing firefox dependency on xdg-desktop-portal.

User session terminated when running dnf update in konsole, but update completed.
/usr/lib/firmware/iwlwifi* now not included in main package linux-firmware. Only license LICENCE.iwlwifi_firmware included both in linux-firmware and iwlax2xx-firmware.
