xen Dom0 fails to boot
For libmaxminddb new packages needed from updates-testing geolite2-country and geolite2-city. GeoLite2-ASN.mmdb database is not packaged yet https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1571404#c9
Looks like a bit faster boot with xpti=false.
Dom0 boots notably slower. Is there nopti kernel option analogue for Xen page-table isolation?

Fedora, with Xen hypervisor don't boot, it reboots constantly.

ksplash hangs for couple of seconds. After downgrading plasma-workspace* plasma-lookandfeel-fedora libkworkspace5 sddm-breeze to 5.11.4 no such problem.
This update installs new deps elfutils-libelf-devel and zlib-devel. Is it should be so?
This time update installed without this issue.
