Breaks 10-bit output on AMDGPU for me. Downgrading to xorg-x11-server-Xorg-21.1.18-2.fc43.x86_64 fixes it.

Can you please report that upstream in https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/xserver/ ?
