you can try adding this fedpkg build into your update. I think it is better to release both packages together.
I have already pushed fc32 version, but currently, I am not able to build fc30 version.
@ppisar, thanks for the report. This has to be fixed on libmodulemd1 side. Maintainer already promised to fix this with adding the python2-libmodulemd1 subpackage to the release. Currently, it works with libmodule1-1.8.13-1. And "updates-testing", which contains libmodule1-1.8.15-3 repo should be disabled.
This package doesn't contain subpackage python2-libmodulemd1, which is supposed to be there. Otherwise, it causes trouble with installing python2-rpkg on Fedora29 with recently changed dependency "python2-libmodulemd1".
