My guess is an out of date mirror. Hopefully it will sync up soon.
Looks like you don't have python3*-pycurl installed then. To install:
yum --enablerepo=epel-testing install python34-pycurl python36-pycurl
WFM
It appears that the problem was an old ~/.koji/serverca.crt file that apparently was previously being ignored but now is not. I'm not sure if that is expected behavior or not. Removing the file allows it to work.
Kerberos authentication fails: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:618) Could not execute build: Could not login to https://koji.fedoraproject.org/kojihub
downgrade fixed it.
Breaks SSL - see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1677366
/usr/include/szlib.h:53:10: fatal error: config.h: No such file or directory
LGTM, thanks!
@bojan - If that error is reproducible, please file a bug. I have not seen it.
Since openmpi and mpich are in RHEL7 and don't use this - adding it can only cause problems.
This update has been unpushed.
Works here.
See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1588026 for EPEL discussion
Looks like fontawsome-fonts-web are available now.
This needs to be coordinated with other packages if absolutely required, but otherwise I this just is against EPEL policy.

Perhaps tibbs can work his magic for all but python2-offtrac which is from epel.
