This needs to be coordinated with other packages if absolutely required, but otherwise I this just is against EPEL policy.

Perhaps tibbs can work his magic for all but python2-offtrac which is from epel.
Provides are still incorrect:
Problem: problem with installed package x2goclient-4.1.1.1-1.fc28.x86_64
- package x2goclient-4.1.1.1-1.fc28.x86_64 requires libssh_threads.so.4()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
It's missing the .4
Works. Thanks.
Works for me.
This update stops and disables any existing clamd/clamav-milter services.
pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: rpm-py-installer pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: koji>=1.15

Well, you need to enable epel-testing to get the shiboken update. Probably would have been better to combine the updates, but not sure how to do that now.
I don't think you'll need to rebuild freecad. A simple test worked for me, but you may want to exercise it some more.
Looks good, thanks!

LGTM.

Looks like fontawsome-fonts-web are available now.
