I don't know why but download speed significantly reduced in this version. I can get only ~64 kbytes/s. if I downgrade to a previous 4.0.6 I get my full bandwidth. 100% reproducible.

@jakub well, it fixed 1827357 for me so I see it as an improvement.

Works for me - I was able to call SEMS (with enabled application "announcement"), got the sound, and got a successful call termination.
