Upgrading the package from 1.21 to 1.23 using dnf works for me in Fedora 23. The package is recognized correctly as an update.

I cannot get yumex-dnf to start. It dies with "ImportError: cannot import name Gtk, introspection typelib not found" error for me. Maybe executing /usr/bin/yumex-dnf is not the right way how to use it. I don't know. I've never used the tool.

The only significant change in perl-Unicode-Normalize is a change from noarch to architecture-specific package. This is fine. But maybe yumex-dnf cannot handle it. Please report the bug against yumex-dnf component into Bugzilla.

The issue is that python-dnf should be replaced by python2-dnf. python2-dnf provides the python-dnf, yet dnf without --best refuses to replace the package.

Using repoquery plugin's --repo argument results in an error message mentioning --repofrompath argument. Try 'dnf -q repoquery --repo fedora perl'. Error is 'Command line error: argument --repofrompath: bad format: fedora'.

If you revert polkit-libs split from polkit, new polkit should provide and obsolete old polkit-libs. Otherwise you get error reported by yawata.

This uprade breaks perl-DateTime-Format-DateManip. See bug #1199969.
