Works for me. I tested both script dogtail-run-headless-next and the dogtail library. Python2 isn't required.
Updates without problems. Bug #1642296 is fixed.
I updated gnome-software and libappstream-glib and restarted. I downgraded gnome-calculator. Gnome-software updated updates and found update for g-c, but when I click on Download button it just blinks and nothing happens (even pkmon shows no action). So I can't update because there is still Download button and there is no 'Restart & update' button. With this version I'm unable to update.

Upgrade (with dnf) from F25 to F26 with libdb-5.3.28-21.fc26 works fine.

F25 is default. Everything works as expected.
F25 is default for downloading. Usb disk written properly and boots.

I had the same problem as people above. I had to install iwlax2xx-firmware manually after updating.
