Tested for the memory leak with the new build. Working as expected so far. Tested with use of the current F33, rawhide, and experimental builds of git-remote-hg & mercurial.

"How to install" will work later - the rpm is not in the repository for F28 yet, it should appear in several days; do not remember how often is the repository updated. But it can be installed now using the build in koji directly.
