Thanks all for testing!
Just to be sure, I've reverted back to testing for some time.
This update has been unpushed.
@adamwill I agree having updated test cases is great, but I've just noticed that they even exist. Sadly, they're from 2011, Fedora 12, and most are even not relevant; some want users to edit /etc/grub.conf
etc, so I'd advise against that.
I'd probably drop most of them- but I need to investigate further.
WRT the disruptive update- I do not think there's anything disruptive in this update - it's primarily focused on bugfixes. The error on the ML seems not related to dracut (I've responded there). Please let me know if there are any issues (ideally file a bug).
Balancing karma back.
Please note that the test cases are outdated.
Additional changes:
feat(dracut.sh): option to skip creating initrd feat(kernel-modules): driver support for macbook keyboards fix(dmsquash-live): restore compatibility with earlier releases fix(dracut.sh): handle --kmoddir with trailing / revert(network-manager): avoid restarting NetworkManager feat(network): include 98-default-mac-none.link if it exists
I've postponed F38 update until it gets tested in Rawhide properly.
@ppisar thanks for testing! Adding vi is the expected, as it might be needed for debugging purposes of failed boot. Also, some generic / generally expected HW support is included, to support various usecases (you can trigger those with kernel arguments like rd.$something).
Blocker fix: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2107858
Tested locally.
@mattia Although unrelated to the update, I've added patch for vagrant-libvirt with upsteam fix.
Thanks for testing!

Thank for looking into this! Sorry, I should've ping you for the test run... but I was in a hurry :/
