I'm not sure that ghc-rpm-macros was strictly necessary, since it correctly specified a version <= 5.20140717. Unfortunately, now that it's part of this update, I can't edit it. @petersen, can you add the -2 build here (after it's done in about an hour)?

Well, I was waiting for FEDORA-2017-36682cafae as stuff like ghc-x509 requires ghc-cryptonite.

Please also add ghc-crypto-random-0.0.9-6.fc27 too when you add darcs. It's not really needed for core git-annex, but at least it will stop buildsys from complaining to me.

Works for building fzf and example tests seem to work fine.

farstream02 needs a bump on libnice and gstreamer BRs. Doesn't affect this build, but causes trouble when backporting.

Fixes bug with osgeo/gdal and Python.
