Despite sadly already in stable...

Major soname bump is not acceptable in stable branch

Dropping DES support doesn't seems acceptable in stable branch.

At least it breaks PHP which is now FTBFS, https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/package/php?collection=f35

And breaks installation (/usr/lib64/php/modules/snmp.so: undefined symbol: usmDESPrivProtocol)

soname change in stable release are not acceptable

libmatio.so.9 => libmatio.so.11

I think this is expected.

If someone rely on "php-imap" if should be aware that upgrade is not possible.

After removing php-imap (if not really needed) upgrade should be OK
