Seems to work okay in casual use for the past few days (though I've only been using noscript for about 2 weeks so I'm not the best tester).
After some combination of downgrading, updating, and restarting Firefox, I have the icon back for the moment, and noscript appears functional. Will change my karma to +1 if it stays that way.
I apologize for not testing earlier, but it appears that mozilla-noscript is not usable at all with this version. There is no indication that it is even installed (other than the entry in about:addons), and it appears to be disabled.

At https://noscript.net/ it mentions that there have been reports of the NoScript icon disappearing with version 5.1.12, and a link to a possible fix.
BTW, I filed a Bodhi bug for this issue at https://github.com/fedora-infra/bodhi/issues/1881 .
It looks like there's a Bodhi bug where the new comment caused Bodhi to resubmit this for batched after it already submitted it for stable. Might be good to manually submit this for stable to make sure it gets there.
This needs to go to stable in order for the latest version of nut ( FEDORA-2017-de0f8ded67 ) to be installable. I can confirm that it fixes the broken dep but I haven't done any other testing.
Installing this requires the freeipmi update FEDORA-2017-5f8e18be61 which is still in updates-testing.

Never mind, in the latest push it's been restored.
As of the latest F26 push, cinnamon-3.4.6-2.fc26 is no longer in the updates repo. What happened? A while back there was a bodhi bug that would sometimes cause this type of problem, but I thought it was fixed.

Works fine in casual use.
I tested that #1436840 appears to be fixed (it accepts the installed kernel-PAE-devel and no longer insists on kernel-devel). I'm not using the package for anything currently, though, so have not done any more testing.
On https://noscript.net/ there's now a 10.1.2 with a few features added. (BTW, I don't suppose you'd be willing to do a one-time build for mozilla-adblockplus? I filed https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1513731 since it hasn't been updated to WebExtension yet. It seems that the current assignee is no longer active. Ivan Romanov attached a working .spec file.)
