Just for the record is someone is having problem with this update and Eclipse. See: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2271072

WORKAROUND: run Eclipse with the X11 back-end setting GDK_BACKEND=x11 before invoking eclipse (Or run an X11 session)

This is failing to update, probably removing the src package and reinstalling could solve it, but it should update without intervention.
