I think you missed the koji wait-repo f43-build-side-118348 --build=openjph-0.22.0-2.fc43 --request step, Yep, sorry.
And the static analysis mentions missing stuff in the SPEC file which is there: https://artifacts.dev.testing-farm.io/7950d2ea-f5b0-4797-81ea-4d5e063dac78/ (under rpmdeps). Hence my comment.
Yes, it's an issue with gdk-pixbuf, not on openjph. It's being discussed in #workstation:fedoraproject.org and #multimedia:fedoraproject.org.
