This looks good. I installed it into an XFCE F43 VM and the desktop features to change the background are working.

KiCad is able to build with wxGTK-webview-3.2.2.1-6 and webkit2gtk4.1-2.41.91-3.
A significant problem with the router function has been identified upstream, so this update cannot be released. A 7.0.4 release will be made soon.
