Yes, that's correct. Redundant ffmpeg.vaapi pref was removed, use media.hardware-video-decoding.force-enabled instead.

OGG video playback was removed by Mozilla, only audio was left.

This may be caused by X11 -> Wayland switch. Can you try to run firefox-x11?
@jrsanders can you try to download the package from koji directly and install it by rpm and check which of there dependencies are from Firefox itself? Looks a bit weird to me, for instance why samba is required?
