After this update, there's a conflict in sysusers.d configuration:
/usr/lib/sysusers.d/nm-openvpn-sysusers.conf:1: Conflict with earlier
configuration for user 'nm-openvpn' in
/usr/lib/sysusers.d/networkmanager-openvpn.conf:1
Both files define the same user with different parameters:
$ cat networkmanager-openvpn.conf
u nm-openvpn - 'Default user for running openvpn spawned by NetworkManager' - -
$ cat nm-openvpn-sysusers.conf
u! nm-openvpn - "NetworkManager OpenVPN" /var/lib/openvpn/chroot
