DVB-T device works OK on 6.4.14-200.fc38.x86_64.

DVB-T devices fails on 6.4.15-200.fc38.x86_64 with:

Sep 15 21:12:07 host kernel: failing symbol_get of non-GPLONLY symbol dib7000p_attach.

Sep 15 21:12:07 host kernel: DVB: Unable to find symbol dib7000p_attach()
